Just STRETCHING, begins with standing breath work and movements to loosen the body and warm up the muscles, followed by a stretching sequence from the neck on down the body. Floor stretches are incorporated for each body part, as well as resistance work. The use of balls in a sock are sometimes used to hit pressure points and release muscle tension, followed by a relaxing cool down. Care is given for individual issues, such as low back pain, neck or shoulders and especially the knees. Modifications are given to the group and one on one.
